ZT 组合模块

ZT箱是一个一体化的二维模块，有Z轴和西塔轴。Z轴方向支持两种运动，即粗大位移和精细位移运动。该模块可单独使用，也可安装在XY平台顶部。该模块特别适用于圆晶生产控制应用，例如薄膜计量、关键尺寸检查等。
